Oil cap was not put back on after we had our oil changed. Sprayed oil all over the engine for 6 days. Brought it to another mechanic who opened the hood and saw the cap sitting on the edge and oil all over the engine, cost me $40. Oil status was never reset on the vehicle either, so we question if an oil change was even completed at all. Got a text that I could watch service being done on my vehicle, had to click a link and give a signature, but then was told Davis doesn't have that option anymore but they still send the texts. Called Chevy customer service and explained what happened, they reported the incident and will send to Davis. Chevy did state its a matter that has to be worked out with the dealer and to speak with management or owner, anything further and I can refer to my owners manual for info on contacting the Better Business Beauru. I have pictures when we opened the hood at the other mechanic tonight if you want them. I would love to converse with John Davis upon his return from Arizona.

I noticed water dripping down the back window of my truck after having been to the car wash. It took a while to find where the leak was, but got it fixed after finding it.

With having a deer hit on my truck I took her down to Davis Body Shop. Nick and his team did an AMAZING job on Fixing her up. Nick even made sure that I received a loaner vehicle while mine was getting fixed. The Service that one Receives down there is Top Notch. Their Friendly, Professional, Helpful and Ones Vehicle looks Amazing when done. They even clean up the inside of the vehicle too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
